The spindle utilizes a spindle unit driven by a variable-frequency or servo motor, enabling high rotational speeds and stepless speed regulation. The machine is equipped with imported high-precision linear rolling guides and powered by AC servo motors, ensuring high positioning accuracy and rapid movement. The guides are fitted with a centralized automatic lubrication system and fully enclosed protective covers, providing ample lubrication, enhanced safety, and extended service life.
This machine tool can be configured with multiple sets of gang tool holders, multi-station electric turrets, or hydraulic servo tool holders. Workpiece clamping on the spindle can be achieved using collet chucks or power chucks, facilitating quick and easy workpiece setup.
