The spindle utilizes a spindle unit driven by a frequency conversion or servo motor, enabling high rotational speeds and stepless speed regulation. The machine is equipped with imported high-precision linear rolling guides and AC servo motors for driving, delivering high positioning accuracy and rapid movement.
The guides employ a centralized automatic lubrication system and full-enclosure protection, ensuring sufficient lubrication, safety, and extended service life. The machine can be fitted with multiple groups of gang tool holders, multi-station electric tool holders, or hydraulic servo tool holders. Workpiece clamping on the spindle can be achieved using collet chucks or power chucks, facilitating quick and easy workpiece setup.
