This machine tool adopts a mechatronic design, featuring an integrated structure of the bed and base. The bed is tilted backward at 30 degrees, ensuring compactness, high rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, and convenient chip removal.
The spindle utilizes a spindle unit driven by a variable-frequency or servo motor, enabling high rotational speeds and stepless speed regulation. The guideways employ imported high-precision linear rolling guides, and the drive system is powered by AC servo motors, delivering high positioning accuracy and rapid movement.
The guideways are equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system and fully enclosed protection, ensuring sufficient lubrication, safety, and extended service life. The machine comes standard with a multi-station hydraulic servo turret. Workpiece clamping on the spindle can be achieved using either collet chucks or power chucks, facilitating quick and easy workpiece setup.
A fully enclosed stainless steel protective cover enhances the machine's dustproof and waterproof performance, further improving precision and longevity.
