Slant Bed Construction
The machine adopts a 30° mono-block slant bed configuration. This design improves structural rigidity, enhances chip flow, and supports stable cutting forces during high-speed machining.
Material and Casting
The main frame is constructed from HT300 resin sand cast iron, processed with aging treatment and evaluated through Finite Element Analysis (FEA). This ensures minimal thermal distortion, high torsional stiffness, and excellent vibration absorption.
Space Optimization
Despite its super-compact layout, the BL-S32 provides a spacious internal working area akin to Japanese CNC lathes, making it suitable for complex part machining in limited floor space.
Spindle System
The lathe is equipped with an integrated high-precision spindle unit, driven by a 5.5 kW Siemens servo motor delivering up to 5000 rpm. This allows for a wide speed range, high torque output, and excellent dynamic response.
Axis Configuration
