Product Description
The SLANT BED CNC LATHE Model BL-S36 is a high-precision, compact lathe designed with a 30° slant bed structure for enhanced rigidity, machining flexibility, and efficient chip removal. Inspired by Japan's TSUGAMI M06/08 and developed with Taiwanese engineering and components from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, it features a gang tool setup, modular design for easy automation upgrades, and a robust HT300 resin sand cast iron frame for excellent thermal stability and minimal distortion. The machine offers a maximum turning diameter of φ300 mm (disc type) and φ125 mm (shaft type), with a turning length of 330 mm. Equipped with a 5.5 kW high-performance servo spindle motor, it reaches speeds up to 5000 rpm and handles bar diameters up to φ44 mm. Its high-precision spindle, pre-stretched double-nut ball screws, and wide linear guideways ensure exceptional accuracy (positioning: 0.005/0.008 mm, repeatability: 0.002/0.004 mm), making it ideal for demanding precision turning tasks in limited spaces.
