Product Description

CNC cutter arbor automatic loading and unloading machine (CHAS-H) is an automation equipment developed and produced by our company to solve the problem of manual tool change, which has been granted a utility model patent, and is a standardized stereotyped product of our company, which is suitable for G/SK, UM, GER, A, MS and other threaded locking forms.

CHAS-H mainly consists of 6 main parts: intelligent touch screen control system, automatic loading and unloading lifting mechanism, cutter arbor position control mechanism, cutter arbor stand assembly, main control cabinet, and loading and unloading tools.
 

Product Operation

1*Check whether there is any abnormality in each part and turn on the power supply if there is no abnormality.

2*Turn on the power at the bottom right of the machine, and click the "Power On" button to turn on the machine;

Click [Main Interface] and click the corresponding tool stand type.
CHAS-A includes six types of tool stands: BT30, BT40, BT50, HSK50, HSK63 and HSK100.
The CHAS-H is available in three types: BT30, BT40 and BT50. (Other tool stands are ordered non-standard).
In the [Parameter Setting] mode, the position of the workbench and the motor can be adjusted, and the adjustment has been completed before leaving the factory, without user debugging.
The user only needs to click on the corresponding tool stand type.

4*Click on the corresponding cutter arbor nut model.
Cutter arbor nut models mainly include the following types: ER8, ER11/ER16, ER20/SK10, ER25/SK13,
ER32/SK16,ER40/SK20

5*Click on the corresponding tool diameter, click [Start], and the control system will reach the corresponding tool stand position;
6*Place the cutter arbor and tool that need to be loaded or unloaded on the corresponding stand assembly, and install the adapter sleeve of the corresponding model.


7*Pull-down the handle to the right position, click [Tight] or [Loose] to complete the tool loading or unloading process.

8*Lift the rotary lifting mechanism to the top end (to prevent the loading tool from damaging the machine. If it is not raised to the top end, the [Reset] button does not take effect), click the [Reset] button, and the servo station control mechanism will return to the right reference point, and the replacement will be completed.


9*If the machine happens an abnormal situation, click [Alarm Information] to check the cause of the abnormality and solve the abnormal alarm.

10*In case of emergency, you can push the red emergency stop button at the bottom of the operation panel, and the machine will stop immediately. Once the problem is resolved, turn the button to the right to re-operate the machine.
